Protégé
pro·té·gé noun (proh-tuh-zhey): One who is protected or trained or whose career is furthered by a person of experience, prominence, or influence.
Protégé Dance is THE dancer enhancer. Our purpose is to provide an intensive training environment where serious dancers can step up to the next level by building on and refining their existing technique and learning new skills and expertise.
Protégé Dance is a dance enhancement and is not necessarily a replacement for traditional studio-based classes. For that reason, Protégé Dance is designed for students having some prior dance instruction. In particular, we currently welcome Intermediate to Advanced level dancers that are at least 13 years of age (as of January 1, 2012).
Students at Protégé Dance will not only have intensive classroom instruction, but they will also have the opportunity to attend multiple dance conventions, where they will learn from world renowned choreographers. Students can also choose to participate in regional competitions in the solo, duo, and trio divisions. Protégé Dance is a perfect solution for students that want to rise above and beyond and take their dancing to the next level.
